Despite being seen as an offshoot, or minor part of the Oil & Gas industry, the pipeline pre-commissioning sector possesses quite an extensive portfolio of services.
The services we offer include but not limited to:
Flooding the pipeline with water (sometimes in combination with preservation chemicals) in preparation for the hydrotest.
Cleaning and gauging the pipeline to remove any construction debris and to check for any dents, ovality, buckling etc.
Hydrotest/Leak test to confirm the integrity of the pipeline.Bulk -dewatering the pipeline after the successful completion of hydrotest to expel the test medium.
Swabbing for removing any free residual water from the pipeline.
Calliper/ILI survey to get a final report on geometric accuracy and surface integrity of parent pipe material.
Drying to remove residual moisture from pipeline.
Nitrogen Helium leak test to confirm Valve and Joint integrity.
Nitrogen packing to preserve the line until commissioning.eam.

We have a wide range of latest Pigging tools with tracking facilities from our Global partner IK (exclusivity in WA/NT) that can be used during operations such as flooding, cleaning, gauging, dewatering, swabbing, etc.
Our Centrifugal pumps and dual compressors can generate wide ranges of pressures and flow rates demanded by the pipeline to propel Pigging tools at the required velocity. Combined with their advanced control units and highly accurate flow-pressure measurement systems, our operators can precisely monitor and control the operations.
Our positive displacement hydrotest pumps can reach a wide range of pressures and flow rates that can be precisely measured and controlled. We have access to several triplex plunger pump and diaphragm pump units which are used for pressure testing of pipelines with considerably high volume and testing of plant piping, spools and valves with low volumes respectively. Material compatibility of these pumps also makes them suitable for chemical injection operations.
