Despite being seen as an offshoot, or minor part of the Oil & Gas industry, the pipeline pre-commissioning sector possesses quite an extensive portfolio of services.

The services we offer include but not limited to:

Flooding the pipeline with water (sometimes in combination with preservation chemicals) in preparation for the hydrotest.

Cleaning and gauging the pipeline to remove any construction debris and to check for any dents, ovality, buckling etc.

Hydrotest/Leak test to confirm the integrity of the pipeline.Bulk -dewatering the pipeline after the successful completion of hydrotest to expel the test medium.

Swabbing for removing any free residual water from the pipeline.

Calliper/ILI survey to get a final report on geometric accuracy and surface integrity of parent pipe material.

Drying to remove residual moisture from pipeline.

Nitrogen Helium leak test to confirm Valve and Joint integrity.

Nitrogen packing to preserve the line until commissioning.eam.

We are always at your service to cover the work scopes starting from pre-start engineering and project management documentation to performing field operations and finalising close out reports.
We have a wide range of latest Pigging tools with tracking facilities from our Global partner IK (exclusivity in WA/NT) that can be used during operations such as flooding, cleaning, gauging, dewatering, swabbing, etc.

Our Centrifugal pumps and dual compressors can generate wide ranges of pressures and flow rates demanded by the pipeline to propel Pigging tools at the required velocity. Combined with their advanced control units and highly accurate flow-pressure measurement systems, our operators can precisely monitor and control the operations.

Our positive displacement hydrotest pumps can reach a wide range of pressures and flow rates that can be precisely measured and controlled. We have access to several triplex plunger pump and diaphragm pump units which are used for pressure testing of pipelines with considerably high volume and testing of plant piping, spools and valves with low volumes respectively. Material compatibility of these pumps also makes them suitable for chemical injection operations.

These units are well maintained, function tested and only operated by verified operators in the field. All our ancillary items such as Instruments, hoses, fittings, PSVs are sufficiently rated, proof tested in our yard and come with relevant third party certification before each mobilisation.

Royal Oil and Gas has been working to collaborate globally and implement a unique Asset Management Portal relevant to Oil and Gas Energy Sector. The Portal - RAMP (Royal Asset Management Portal) is under Beta testing phase with limited roll out to our collaboration partners. Its applicability to infrastructure and healthcare industry is being investigated.

Royal Asset Management Portal (RAMP) innovates the way we manage Project Certification and management costs associated with your hoses, flanges, pipes, wire ropes, slings, lifting equipment, lifted equipment and anything else that needs certification management

RAMP can add RFID/QR tracking on all your asset leading to the development of your very own secure online certification portal. RAMP sends push notification to the designated user reminding about re-certification requirements to ensure you won't miss a date and end up using a piece of non-certified equipment at the site.

If there is an onsite audit, your site user can recover the certificate just with a click on the RAMP website or phone application. Just enter the ASSET Id in the portal and certification pops up. No need to go through files of certificate to locate the carabiner or ratchet strap conformity certificate when it is now available at a click of a button.

The portal is simple and has a very user-friendly interface. Moreover, it is always verified by an actual human being.
